Hwa Rang Kwan Napa is dedicated to the proposition of quality martial arts training free from prejudice and which celebrates the differences as well as the similarities between us all. As a nonprofit Taekwondo martial arts program, our goal is to keep our fees as low as possible without sacrificing the quality of the experience for our students. We intend to supplement our funding by seeking donations from local businesses and individuals with the hope of being able to offer scholarships to students in need.

These are lofty goals, but by setting our goals high, we hope to honor the tenets and spirit of Taekwondo.
